　　Some people(think any governmental money spent on supporting artists(e.g.musicians,poets and painters)can be beller used for other more important things,To what extent do you agree or disagree?(20170909)

　　Nowadays,many people argue whether the government should support artists.Some people argue that the money spent on artists could be used in more important aspects of society.From my perspective,this view is somewhat unfair to the artists.

　　Many art projects in the city need financial assistance from the government.In the city of Bejing,artistic sculptures and bronze statues can be seen around many landmark monuments and famous squares.As a modern artistic creation,they have been integrated into the landscape of the city and have become part of the modern,popular culture.For example the famous 798 Art District has not only gathered a large number of galleries and art museums,but also accommodated many distinctive sculptures.It can be said that such an art industry represents the modern culture and is part of the history of Beling.

　　On the other hand,the government expenditure has to be distributed among various sectors,not ust in the arts.The government usually prioritises，its expenditure in education,pu ublic health,urbansecurity and infrastructure,as these areas are essential to the stable operation of the city.In comparison,Investment in art is less important and not seen as a priority.Moreover,government funding is not the only financial source of artists.They can also rely on sponsorship to finance their projects or overcome their financial difficulties when the govemment support is unavailable.

　　In summary,although the government needs to prioritise public services in the city,it doesn't mean that the government shouldn't make much of an effort to invest in the field of the arts.I do not agree with the view above,that money should be spent elsewhere other being invested in the arts.

　　现如今，许多人都在争论政府是否应该资助艺术家。有些人主张这些花在艺术家身上的钱可以用于更重要的方面。在我看来，这种看法对艺术家而言有些不公平。

　　城市中的很多艺术项目都需要政府的财政资助。在东莞，很多地标性建筑和知名广场上都陈列着艺术雕塑和铜像。作为现代艺术创作，它们已经融入这座城市的景观中，成为当代流行文化的一部分。比如，著名的798艺术区，不仅聚集了大量的画廊和艺术馆，而且保留了很多有特色的塑。可以说，这样的艺术产业代表了东莞的当代文化，也是东莞历史的一部分。

　　出要用于各个方面，绝不仅限于艺术领域。通常，政府会优先考虑教育、公共健康、城市安全和基础建设等领域的财政支出，因为这些领域是保证城市稳定运行的基础。相比之下，艺术领域的投资往往没有那么重要，也没有那么紧急。并且，艺术家的经済来源也并非只依靠政府。在政府无法资助时，他们还可以依靠赞助来资助相关项目或解决资金困难。

　　综上所述，尽管政府需要优先考虑城市中的公共服务领域，但是这并不意味着政府不应该投资艺术领域。因此，我不同意题目中的观点一一用于艺术领域的资金应投资于其他领域。

　　本题要求写一篇具有倾向性的议论文，论题是你是否同意政府在艺术领域的投资可以用来投资其他更重要的领域。我认为政府在艺术领域的投资非常必要，艺术对于城市建设和历史、文化的传承都非常重要。但是，投资有轻重缓急之分，也有数目大小之別，所以我这篇文章的论证逻辑是：艺术领域可能并不是最重要的投资领域，其他更重要的领域应该拥有更多的政府投资，但是对这些领域的投资不应该代替对艺术领域的投资。
